About Our Services
For those of you that need to sell a property, we want to commit to a few key things. First of all, we want to work on your schedule. Sometimes the need to list a home is unexpected, and sometimes it is a process of discussions and investigating the options. In either case, we know that listing your property as soon as you are ready is essential.
The first step in the process is for you to interview agents, and we welcome the opportunity to discuss our marketing strategy with you. There are dozens of marketing tools available to market your home, and we believe in finding the right strategy for your property.
We also believe that providing you with an accurate competitive market analysis is essential to understanding the market where your property is located and insuring that we price the property so that you can maximize the equity you take from the sale, while at the same time insuring that the property isn't priced for failure.
After you list your property, some agents will ask that you give them a week or more to begin marketing your property on the internet, have listing feature information sheets in the yard (if they agree to provide these) or even place a sign on the property. Our commitment is that we will have your listing on the Georgia Multiple Listing Service, the First Multiple Listing Service, Realtor.com, and RobertsOpensDoors.com within 2 business days of listing your property along with professional signage and professionally prepared listing feature information sheets. We also welcome the opportunity to hold Open Houses, as they are needed during the selling process.
The rest of the process revolves around COMMUNICATION. The primary complaint most people have about the selling process is that they never hear from their agent. As our mission states, we want you to be comfortable during this process, and we know that regular communication from your listing agent is essential. You will never have to wonder where we are in the process, and we are open to communicating with you in the format you want - whether that is by phone, e-mail, USPS or smoke signals.
